East Coast Lumberjacks is a part-time business – I am a solo operator and make handles on weekends and evenings. I try to get orders out timely, but at certain times of the year when my schedule is full, it will be 3-4 weeks at best. Sorry for the inconvenience.
** When placing an order for a handle, please add in your specifications:
1. Handle pattern- IF you would like a pattern that you do not see, please email me the name or send a photo of the one you would like and I will try to replicate it.
2. Handle length from top of the head to the end of the handle, and any other dimensions that will explain how big, wide, etc, that you want the handle.
3. Finish – normally just cut an 8 sided handle for competitors – most want to finish them themselves. However, I can spoke shave them to size, rasp them, and even sand and BLO them if the customer would prefer. Specify: rough 8 sided bandsaw finish; rasped and sanded; BLO
4. Eye dimensions – Length, width and height
5. Knob style/size – Straight off the end; DB flare; Fawns foot; racing handle knob (lots)
